1. Our bubble film machines are optimized for highly efficient manufacturing, with an upper speed limit of 50 meters of bubble wrap produced per minute.
2. The Forming cylinder mold is designed with a vacuum system and a dual pipe cooling system, resulting in a better and more uniform cooling effect. The design of the T-die is of utmost importance when producing high quality bubble films. Precise T-die materials produces films with even thickness, and ensures easy operation and prevents glue leakage.
3. Important parts such as control circuit, extrusion machine, rolling pump are all equipped with protective barriers. When barriers are opened, all operation is halted automatically to prevent damage to the machine and for the safety of the user.
