Description
2 layer bubble film extruder primarily consists of an extruding unit, a forming unit, a winding unit and an electrical control unit. Raw materials such as LDPE, LLPDE and recycled materials are extruded by single screw extruder at high temperature to produce bubble films.
Application
2 layer bubble film is an excellent packing material because of its low cost nature and because its floppy bubble acts as a shockproof buffer to make sure that customers can get intact products and to prevent unnecessary loss. It is widely used in countless products including machine part, electric part, cosmetics, radiator and artifacts.

Features
1. Forming cylinder mold is designed with a vacuum system and with special steel sheets to prevent wearing. It is designed with dual pipe cooling system to achieve a better and more even cooling effect.
2. T-die designed with precise material makes products even in thickness, provides an easy operation flow and makes sure that glue leakage never happens.
3. Screw is specially designed to enable 100% recycled material. Its unique design ensures that plastics melt fully, resulting in bubbles with more even thickness and better quality.
4. This bubble film machine comes with a strict safety system. Emergency stop button can stop the entire machine, including circuit, extruder and cylinder of roller.
5. All important parts are equipped with protective barriers. Whenever these barriers are opened, all actions halt to prevent damage.
